Shipping

We send your order from the EU within 1–3 working days. The carrier then delivers it, and that time depends on your country. Times for bigger orders may vary. We deliver to every EU country; prices are shown at checkout once you choose your country.

• Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: Omniva, LP Express, DPD lockers and Venipak courier.
• Other EU countries: DPD courier or Omniva.

We email you a tracking link once your parcel ships.

Returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email foxlodesignes@gmail.com and we will send return instructions, then send the goods back within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty. We refund within 14 days, including the standard delivery cost. If clips have already been stuck to a plate, we may deduct their loss in value. Full details are in the Terms of sale.
