This policy explains what personal data FOXLO DESIGNS collects when you visit this website, contact us, order or write a review, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect and why

3. Who we share it with
- Hostinger – website hosting and email (EU).
- Stripe and Paysera – payments.
- Carriers – Omniva, DPD, LP Express, Venipak or Packeta, only the details needed to deliver your parcel.
- Meta Platforms – only if you accept cookies.
- Google Fonts – the fonts on this site load from Google's servers, which see your IP address.
We never sell your data. Stripe, Meta and Google may process data outside the EU (for example in the USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How long we keep it
- Orders and sales records: 10 years, as required by Lithuanian accounting law.
- Messages sent through the contact form: up to 2 years in our mailbox.
- Reviews: while they are published, or until you ask us to remove them.
- Visit statistics: up to 2 years, then deleted automatically.
5. Cookies

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and storage in your browser. The cookie banner will then ask you again.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, delete or hand over your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Email foxlodesignes@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. Some order data has to be kept for the period required by law. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with a new date.
